City guide

Spending some time in Bruges soon?
And looking for a host to discover the city centre of Bruges, the small towns of Lissewege, Damme, the port area in Zeebrugge or the Bruges’ woodlands?

Let’s stroll together !

I’ll lead you to the hidden gems you hoped to discover and reveal their special stories to you.
I really like to link the old with the new, and your life with mine : how did people live in the past, where did history bring us, what is happening nowadays? How does all of this compare to you and your own (hi)story? And … what can we learn for our future on this planet, here or elsewhere …

Let me know what locations, area or topics you have in mind or would like to find out about, and together we’ll enjoy your most memorable visit.

I’m an official guide at Musea Brugge, the large city museum present at 13 locations. Feel free to ask for me as your guide when booking. Or we might bump into each other when you join one of the guided tours for individuals.

Are you in town for business? In case you’re visiting Zeebrugge, one of the two locations of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges, I’d truly enjoy being your host guiding you through the port.

And, I should never forget where it all started … since 2012 I’m a proud member of the Qualified City Guides of the city of Bruges.

It will be my honor to stroll with you in my home town Bruges.

From Saturday April 13th, up to Sunday September 1st of 2024, Triënnale Brugge upgrades the historical city center of Bruges, using 12 contemporary art and architecture creations, into spaces full of possibilities.
It is with pleasure that I will show you a couple of the hidden or lesser known corners of the city (by bike or by foot, whatever you prefer) the curators selected for this purpose.

Let’s be a rebel!
Also from Saturday April 13th, up to Sunday September 1st of 2024, Musea Brugge uses 3 of its museum gardens to confront you with the most urgent message of the moment. Come as you are, to discover and discuss with me how old and contemporary art put their fingers on the complex relationship between us, humans, and oùr nature.
See you in Rebel Garden.
